Whole Wheat Bread Upma

Extra Light Olive Oil/Olive Pomace Oil- 2 Tbsp.
Onions- 1 No., Finely Sliced

Whole Wheat Bread- 10 Slices, Cut in Cubes &
Roasted
Extra Light Olive Oil/Olive Pomace Oil- 2 Tbsp.
Onions- 1 No., Finely Sliced
Tomatoes- 2 Nos., Finely Sliced
Ginger- 1 Inch, Finely Sliced
Green Chillies- 2 Nos., Slit
Turmeric Powder- a big Pinch
For Tempering:
Raw Peanuts- 1 Tbsp.
Chana Dal- ½ Tsp.
Urad Dal- ½ Tsp.
Mustard Seeds (Rai)- ¼ Tsp.
Cumin Seeds (Jeera)- ¼ Tsp.
Fresh Lemon Juice- To Taste
Fresh Coriander Leaves- 1 Tbsp., Finely Chopped
Serve Fresh with Tomato Ketchup!
Variation:
Another version is to make this Upma as a Quick Version Snack (just without the Turmeric Powder, Tomatoes or any other Veggie like Beans, Carrot etc.)
