Cottage Cheese Marinated with Creamy Hung Curd
& Spices (Reshmi Paneer Tikka)
Serves 2
Ingredients:
Fresh Cottage Cheese-
Hung Curd-
Green Bell Pepper-
Red Bell Pepper-
Yellow Bell Pepper-
Onion-
Tomatoes-
Coriander Powder-
Red Chilli Powder-
Kasuri Methi-
Fresh Garam Masala Powder-

Hung Curd Kebabs (Swadisht Dahi Aur Paneer ke Galouti Kebab)

Hung Curd Kebabs (Swadisht Dahi Aur Paneer ke
Galouti Kebab)
Serves 2
Ingredients:
Ghee/Extra Light Olive Oil/Olive Pomace Oil- 3Tbsp.
Onion- 1 Small, Finely Chopped
Ginger- 1 Tsp., Finely Chopped
Curd/Yoghurt (Dahi)- 250 Grams, Hung Overnight
Cottage Cheese (Paneer)- 50 Grams,Crumbled
White Cardamon (Elaichi)- ½ Tsp., Finely Powdered
White Pepper Powder- ½ Tsp.
Salt- To Taste
Fresh Coriander- 2 Tbsp, Finely Chopped
Green Chillies- 3 No’s, Slit, Deseeded & Finely Chopped
Raisins (Kismis)- 5 to 6, Finely Chopped
Corn Flour- For Dusting
Oats- 2 Cup, Freshly Powdered
Method:
Spray Oil in a Non Stick Pan
Add Onion, Ginger & Sauté till Translucent
Keep this Mixture to Cool aside
In a Bowl, Add Hung Curd, Paneer, White Pepper Powder, White Pepper Powder, Fresh Coriander, Raisins, Almonds, Elaichi, Green Chillies, Salt & Mix Well with Hands
Add the Cooled Onion-Ginger Mixture to the prepared
Kebab Mixture & Mix Well to form a Soft Dough
Make Small Kebabs with Hands & Coat them Evenly on All sides with Oats Powder
Put Ghee/Oil On a Flat Girdle (Tawa) & Spread Evenly
Add Kebabs & Fry both sides till Brown
Serve Hot with Fresh Mint Dip (Chutney)!
Tips:
Creamy Hung Curd, Paneer,
Raisins, Nuts, Oats- these Yummy Kebabs just melt in the mouth!
Chopped Ginger & White Pepper Powder adds a nice Flavor to the otherwise Bland Kebabs
Oats give a healthy twist to provide the Binding and
to Coat the Kebabs as well
