    Good Evening from Greece!
    We saw your blog through Foodie Blogroll.
    We have a similar recipe in Greece, that we call "Ryzogalo", meaning rice with milk. We also put a bit of vanilla flavour in powder and we serve it cold, sprinkled with cinnamon powder! This time we will try it your way, looks very intresting! :)
