Plain Yoghurt 750 Ml., Mango Syrup 250 Ml., Sugar Syrup 100 Ml. (made preferably from Cane Sugar 50 Grams Boiled with 300 Ml. of Water Simmered in Saucepan for about 4-5 Minutes & Cooled, also this Syrup can be Refrigerated for Weeks)
Pour into
Tall Serving Glasses & Garnish with Fresh Pomegranate Seeds
Salty
& Spicy Lassi
In a
Mortar & Pestle, Ground Cardamom Seeds, Coriander Seeds & Black
Peppercorn Roughly & Keep Aside
Blend Ice
Cubes & Plain Yoghurt
Add the
Crushed Spice Mixture & Blend Again
Pour into
Tall Serving Glass & Garnish with Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves
